Horror-film 'Invisible Man' debuts in box office globally at $49.2 million. The Universal and Blumhouse's movie stars Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge, Storm Reid, Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Harriet Dyer. Invisible Man goes into details about a woman who escapes an abusive relationship with wealthy scientist. After her ex husband commits suicide, the women suspect the death to be a hoax and believes he found his way to be invisible after a series of coincidences.
Other films this week includes Brahms: The Boy II earned a total of $9.8 million in the pic's first 10 days. Sonic the Hedgehog fell No. 2 in North America with a pleasing $6 million in its third weekend for a domestic total of $128.2 million. Disney's The Call of the Wild grossed $13.2 million for a domestic of $45.9 million and $11 million internationally from 50 markets. Bad Boys for Life achieved a made $400 million globally.
