3/24/2021 0 Comments Comme des GARCONS Debuts Their Fall/Winter 2021 Collection "Landscape of Shadows"Japanese fashion label COMME des GARCONS debuts their Fall/Winter 2021 collection.
Titled "Landscape of Shadows", the collection showcase the brand's unique womenswear design with the help of Dazed Editor-in-Chief Ibrahim Kamara, who design the hats for the collection. Founder of CDG, Rei Kawakubo, styled the collection with an enormous blazer and leggings printed with polka dots. The collection also features exclusive Nike Premier football boots. Supreme teams up with Japan-based apparel line HYSTERIC GLAMOUR for their 2021 Spring collection.
The collection starts off with the Artisanal Snake Print, which comes in three colorways in the form of a Trucker Jacket, matching Painter Pants and Crusher. Other items that are part of the collection is cheetah print Trench, knit sweater, Zip-Up Sweatshirt, Crewneck, Flannel Shirt, Rayon Shirt and Longsleeve T-shirt. The Supreme and HYSTERIC GLAMOUR 2021 Spring Collection will be release March 8 on Supreme's web store! 3/17/2021 0 Comments Palace Join Forces With THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL For Their Japan-Only CollectionLondon based brand Palace teams up with THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL, which is a Japanese branch of THE NORTH FACE. The new collection that will be released only in Japan shines light exclusively on pieces such as a matching coaches jacket, vest and pant set feature indigo-dyed ripstop and climbing-inspired details, while long-sleeved T-shirts feature COOLMAX.
The reason behind the brands only releasing the collection in Japan is because The North Face Purple Label is owned by Goldwin, a Japanese apparel conglomerate that owns the Japanese licenses to the brands. Products can only be sold domestically. The collaboration collection will drop March 27 on Palace's Japanese webstore! (Source: Hypebeast) Louis Vuitton drops their Pre-Spring 2021 that is inspired by archaeological exploration.
Creative directed by Virigil Abloh, the designer use crisp, clean cuts and palettes perfect for the seasons. The collection brings Indiana Jones inspiration with the heavy brown and black camouflaged colorways. Palace teams up with Reebok for their Classic Leather Pump collaboration.
The collections consist of white & navy and black & white colorways in a larger button with a Union Jack hit to deflate. Reebok's signature was displayed on the footwear. The Palace and Reebok Classic Leather Pump will be release on their website on October 23 in US and on October 24 in Chins. Maison Margiela previews their co-ed collection for Spring/Summer 2021. Creative director John Galliano uses tango dancing for the collection. In a film project called S.W.A.L.K, Galliano explains how he reinterpreted the hallmark of tango dancing to the collection. The Smurfs was a smash-hit series in the '80s that was basic upon small, blue creatures who live in a forest village in Europe during the middle ages. The sitcom became a mega franchise that venture into films, television series, games, theme parks, video games and more. The collection display famous characters of the series such as Papa Smurf and Smurfette. The pieces include leather jackets, shell jacket, denim trucker jacket, sweater, hooded sweatshirts, t-shirts, pants, jeans and beanie hats.
